Elastomeric Bearingsare meant be comprised of a number of laminates of elastomeric material which have been divided and allocated by the procedure of steel reinforcing. Also make a note that the general size of the bearings along with the number of laminates and the overall thickness of laminates are fabricated and engineered in such a way that it acts in agreement to the much needed load which needs to be transferred. These Bearings which have the steel plates as reinforcement shall be either cast or compression moulded or they can be vulcanized as a single unit with in a mould which is under any kind of pressure and heat. Testing of Neoprene Bridge Bearings In House fast and rapid production test of all kind of bearings are performed at Clients or Representative presence. The Tests which confirms to the IRC 83 Part II or the UIC773 level of specification acts in conformity with the acceptance testing on one or the other level 1 or level II or also on Short OR Long Duration compression test which has a range up to 800 Tons with straight shear which ranges up to 100 Tons and that can be carried out in our facility.
